Alumni Dinner with Mr & Mrs Fournier

The Australian Alumni Chapter met on Friday 28th September 07. Mr & Mrs Fournier joined us at this dinner, as they were visiting Sydney (for the Graduation at the International College of Management Sydney). We were also glad that Mr & Mrs Szambowski were able to attend, as many Alumni were part of Le Bouveret at the time Dominic was running activities & student services there.

We are celebrating the 25th anniversary of HOCO & "Cesar Ritz" colleges, as well as the 1st anniversary of the 'official' Australian Alumni Chapter.

The evening was very pleasant, and many shared stories for the 'good old days' when room checks were a daily routine and The Dog & Lampost was in its infancy. I was very pleased with the attendance to this dinner, as well as having some current students of ICMS who are transfers from Le Bouveret/Brig. This brought a lovely mix of past and current students.

Special thanks go to Mr & Mrs Fournier for offering a great dinner to all of us as well as Lori Szambowski for organising the venue (bookings & menu). I would also like to mention a thank you to Dominic Szambowski & Stephen Cole (Vice President of Australian Alumni Chapter) for their ongoing support and enthusiasm for the this Alumni Chapter.

The dinner was also a great opportunity for some to network and promote their business(es), as well as exchange experiences.

Write us your stories

Remember I am after stories and anecdotes about your & work & social. Make sure you write to me with these & include a photo. Even something as little as a paragraph (like my Sea Eagles story below).

I look forward to hearing from you!

Go The Sea Eagles!

Recently I was lucky enough to be invited by the Manly Daily to join them in a corporate box at the Brookvale Oval to watch the Manly Sea Eagles Vs Dragons. Needless to say the Sea Eagles walked all over the Dragons. Fun day out!
